Four principles, written into the acceptance criteria of every delivery.

只交付可验收的系统

Only systems that can be accepted

成功标准与验收方式先于代码写定。第一版达不到标准即继续修改直至达标，范围不变；不交方案书，不交演示原型。

Success criteria and the acceptance method are written before any code. If the first version misses them we keep working until it passes, within the same scope; no decks, no prototype demos.

回答必须有据

Every answer must rest on evidence

模型只在可靠资料之上作答，每句附出处；缺乏依据的语句当场标注。本站右下角的问答即按此运行。

Models answer only from reliable material, every sentence carries its source, and unsupported sentences are flagged on the spot. The assistant in the corner of this site runs exactly this way.

Every step logged, stop on failure

自动化流程的每个环节都有记录；连续失败即中止并重新评估方法，而不是继续消耗资源。

Every stage of an automated flow is recorded; repeated failure halts the run for a rethink instead of burning on.

Documentation, acceptance scripts and the path to change it are delivered together. When the engagement ends, the system keeps running and your team can iterate on it.
